YOUR MISSIONS: As a Financial Controller, you will join the international finance team and contribute to the operational monitoring and analysis of financial activities. Your role will be structured around two main areas: 1. FINANCIAL CONTROL Closing management * Collection, validation, and monthly/quarterly analysis of activity (P&L) * Preparation and validation of annual and quarterly budgets * Performance analysis and implementation of corrective measures (Activity, Billing, Cost, Margin, Forecasts, Cash Flow) * Monthly synthesis and communication of results to Management * Management of the entire administrative division (Business, Sales Administration, Payroll, Banking, IT) * Coordination with the Group's accounting teams and the external accounting firm Analysis * Performance analysis of entities and implementation of improvement measures * Monitoring and control of revenue, WIP, accruals, margins, OPEX, CAPEX * Conducting cost audits of subsidiaries * Monitoring of working capital, DSO, cash position, and subsidiary debt 2. OPERATIONAL CONTROL Continuous improvement * Responsible for the reliability of non-financial data (e.g., workforce tracking) * Production and improvement of financial reporting models (results, forecasts, cash flow) * Creation of reports and development of key performance indicators (KPIs) * Responsible for monitoring and effectively deploying new analytical tools (margins, performance), particularly via Power BI Ad hoc contributions * Contribution to cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives within the international zone * Participation in acquisition projects * Participation in occasional audits (P&L and Balance Sheet) WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ADVENTURE: * A Master's degree (Business School, Master in Accounting/Finance, or DSCG) * Excellent command of English, both written and spoken * A first experience in audit or management control * Strong listening and organizational skills * Energy, rigor, ambition, and reactivity WHAT THIS ADVENTURE UNLOCKS FOR YOU: * A unique international experience in a multicultural environment * A fast-track opportunity to grow * Integration into a dynamic, supportive team certified Great Place To Work Ready to take on new challenges in a stimulating environment?
