Since 1964, we have built a long-standing relationship of trust with our clients. OUR SITE Located in the heart of Europe, Czech Republic is an attractive country for the automotive industry. It is a peaceful, safe country, with a remarkable culture, and high-quality health and education facilities. This plant represents 12 000 m², 17 injection molding machines, thermocovering, lamination and assembly equipment and employs around 250 employees. Given its strategic location, Eurostyle Systems Tachov (Czech Republic) will deliver plastic parts for vehicle interiors & exteriors to Stellantis, Volkswagen Ford. Eurostyle Systems Tachov is currently looking for a Plant Junior Controller as part of a international young talent program (V.I.E) for a duration between 18 and 24 months. MAIN MISSION In Financial Direction, you will report to the Plant Financial Manager based Eurostyle Systems Tachov. You will be focused on improving the level of controlling activities in the factory, hence contributing to cost savings, increase of productivity and overall better control of the operations. As Junior Plant Controller, you will implement and follow standard controlling activities (dashboards, analysis, action plans, controlling routines) which have not yet been deployed in the plant. ACTIVITES In detail, you principal activities will be : * Improve the use of SAP controlling functionalities (scrap, margin by project…) * Create / implement several standard controlling dashboards, in coordination with other departments (logistics, production, HR…): * Contribute to the analysis of the Monthly Financial Reporting package, including Actual results and Forecast, as well as gap analysis Actual vs. Budget * Participate to Budget and Mid-Term Plan * Participate to other financial reporting To achieve your mission, you will be supported by the Branch Controlling Team based in France

Profil requis du candidat:

Holding a business school diploma or a master's degree in Controlling, you had first experience in controlling or financial audit and you have a strong appetite for challenges. You have basic controlling knowledge, analytical skills and profiency in IT tools. Given the location of this position, a fluent level of English is required. Proficiency in French and Czech would be particularly appreciated
