Elevator Pitch:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join the global IBP, DP and Crisis Management team.

Your key responsibilities
* Support Procurement team providing accurate RM forecast for the mid/long term to book contracts with suppliers
* Perform preliminary analysis on potential impact of RM crisis collecting the necessary information from the different stakeholders.
* Support team to prepare allocations
* Help on the execution and follow-up of the inventory allocations among the plants in coordination with main stakeholders
* Support the team with data extraction, analysis and validation for regular activities as well as on an ad-hoc basis
* Perform weekly reports to provide visibility and facilitate decision making
* Develop and improve current tools and processes to support RM management and RM Crisis management

You bring
* Good analytical skills
* Strong in problem solving and high degree of proactivity
* Good organization skills
* Knowledge of MRP methodology and Supply Chain Planning
* Strong capability for working in multinational, multicultural, inter-departmental teams
* High level communications skills
* Proficient in oral and written English
* Good excel knowledge
