Trainee/Apprentice - Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Team

Welcome to the DEX team! We're a lively team of product managers, UX and UI designers, engineers, and analysts on a mission to make every Amadeus employee's digital workday smoother, smarter, and a little more delightful. Your adventure
As our next trainee or apprentice, you'll jump right into real projects, working side-by-side with creative minds who love to experiment, learn, and make a difference. You'll help us reimagine how people interact with digital tools, turning feedback and ideas into experiences that truly work for everyone.
What you will do
* Be a key player in building our new Experience Review Board (ERB) service!
Help design, launch, and promote this exciting initiative across Amadeus. The ERB is a collaborative exercise where our team reviews all aspects of DEX-technology, UX/UI, support & learning, and feedback-for selected internal solutions. You'll help provide solution owners with actionable guidelines to improve the overall experience for end users.
* Team up with UX designers and product managers to brainstorm, design, and test new digital solutions.
* Dive into journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and co-creation workshops.
* Analyze feedback and digital tool usage-spot what's working, what's not, and suggest clever fixes.
* Turn insights into action by helping us make our products even better.
* Spread the word! Support fun campaigns and events to get everyone excited about new digital experiences.
What we're looking for
* A spark for UX design and/or product management (experience is a bonus, but curiosity is key).
* An interest in how technology shapes the way we work.
* Creative thinking and a love for teamwork.
* Clear communication and a positive attitude.
* Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute to real projects.
* Bonus points for knowledge of Microsoft tools, Gen AI, and Figma!
