Job Description

You join our team from the Tourism Pole of Social and Cultural Activities of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) who are looking for a Assistant Manager, for an apprenticeship of 2 years from July/August 2026.
This team, composed of 5 people, delivers services to employees and their families: trips, vacations, rentals, thalasso getaways in low season, rental weeks, individual refunds (RIT).

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* the administrative management of the various activities of the Tourism Cluster;
* the reporting of activities (surveys, sales/budget report, materials for elected officials);
* the reception and relations (face-to-face or telephone) with employees, service providers and the different sectors of the CSE;
* the follow-up of employee and provider billing.
