YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris-Saclay, at our Daniel Carasso Research & Innovation center starting from September 2026. Vanessa Coupez, Nutrition Dairy leader in R&I Nutrition & Scientific Affairs team, will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:
* Conduct literature reviews and deliver clear, concise and accurate scientific summaries.
* Monitor existing & emerging science on nutrition topics relevant to dairy category (nutrients, ingredients, nutrient profiling etc).
* Support science communication including newsletters, narratives, and educational materials.
* Develop a solid understanding of Danone's dairy products nutritional quality to help identify opportunities for nutritional valorization and improvement.
* Support the development of science-based recommendation to guide innovation/renovation and short term nutrition plans.

THE BENEFITS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP:
* Up to 2 days/week of remote work
* Full reimbursement of your public transportation pass or partial/full reimbursement of mileage expenses
* "Vendredi je grandis" program: development every Friday afternoon covering career, soft skills, and hard skills.
* Apprenticeship : Your compensation will depend on our salary scale based on your age and level of study.

For this position, we are looking for someone:

* Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months
* At the level of Bac+4/5 in university or engineering school, in the field of Nutrition and agri-food
* Ability to read and work in English (scientific literature, internal communication, multi-cultural team)
* Willing to develop career in Nutrition & Health in the food industry
* Strong ability to research and critically analyze scientific publications in nutrition, food science & public health domains.
* Excellent communication and science-simplification skills.
* Curiosity and motivation to deepen knowledge about dairy products and their nutritional profiles
* Autonomous, curious, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment (R&I, Marketing, Regulation…) " descriptionHeader="
