What you'll do:

Legal Students for CLM Project
We are seeking students with a legal background to assist with the following tasks:
* Contract Validation: Validate existing contracts stored in SharePoint against a manifest file (Excel) containing approximately 30 fields, such as company names, business details, dates, and signatures, etc.
* Data Population: Accurately populate the manifest file with correct values.
* Data Verification: After contracts are uploaded to DocuSign CLM, ensure that the data provided in the manifest file is correctly uploaded.
