We are looking for a Performance Controller who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area.
During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge
As Performance Controller some of your main activities will be:
* Contribute to the long term and short terms planning activities
* Support the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget /forecast.
* Collaborate with other financial organization within Siemens Italy

Support monthly closing activity, reporting and cost controlling
Required entry qualifications

* You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
* You are fresh graduate in Economics or you have a finance academical background
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and double entry (partita doppia)
* Understanding of data analytics with a data driven and digital attitude/approach
* Digital savvy and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data
* Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work in a changing environment
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Eligibility to work in Italy
*
Microsoft package, power BI, basic elements of data scientist techniques and methodologies and SAP knowledge is a plus
