Role Purpose

The Dual Vocational Training Apprentice will participate in a structured German Dual Vocational Training Program, combining practical on-the-job training with formal education. The apprentice will develop technical competencies, professional skills, and industry knowledge aligned with internationally recognized German standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in hands-on training within assigned departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, IT, Business Operations).
* Attend and complete theoretical training modules delivered by partnered training institutions.
* Support daily operational tasks under supervision.
* Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
* Assist in projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrate adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
* Maintain training records/logbooks as required by the program.
* Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and team members.
