Job Description

Are you a people person with a passion for great service? Sodexo is looking for a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Denison Barracks, Hermitage (RG18 9TP). In this customer-facing role, you'll lead front-of-house operations across our bar and food outlets, ensuring a warm, professional experience for our Armed Forces personnel. What You'll Do

* Lead by example-ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and with a positive team atmosphere.
* Maintain excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards across all front-of-house areas.
* Work closely with catering management and chefs to keep service running smoothly.
* Promote strong health and safety practices-identifying and reporting any potential hazards.
* Conduct regular safety walks to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
* Hold weekly team huddles to communicate updates, goals, and successes.
* Support and guide your team through ongoing feedback, coaching, and encouragement.

What You Bring

* Experience in a similar role, ideally with catering or food service knowledge and some supervisory experience.
* Hospitality background (bar, hotel, restaurant) is highly beneficial.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Confidence in leading, motivating, and supporting a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond well to change.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders.
