Your role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join us for an 18 months, where you will complete your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing. You will be curious, creative and passionate about maximising this opportunity to kick start a career in Marketing. There will be three available vacancies.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:
* Help implement standard marketing procedures for repetitive tasks, such as updating marketing collateral and organizing digital assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies, working under direct supervision.
* Help to document all marketing processes, tasks, and activities meticulously, maintaining detailed records for quality control, compliance, and future reference, and ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
* Adhere to established marketing procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in all assigned tasks, regularly reviewing own work to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
* Aid in the coordination and execution of marketing projects and campaigns by providing logistical and administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and tracking project progress.
* Assist in responding to internal and external requests for information by gathering relevant data, preparing documents, and providing timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
* Follow prescribed procedures and work instructions closely to complete routine marketing tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
The apprentice training plan and qualification:
* You will work towards an Advanced Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship, delivered by our training provider
* You will have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager
* During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend workshop sessions and have regular reviews
* The best part? All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours. Typically, you'll attend college (online) and complete off the job learning one day a week.
You're right for this role if:
* You are highly motivated to maximise this opportunity to kick start a career in marketing
* You have a relevant academic background or related evidence of an interest in these areas
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade Minimum C/4) essential
* You're not eligible for this scheme if you currently hold or are working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject or have already studied content from the qualification for this scheme.
* You will be familiar with MS Office suite and PowerPoint
* You have strong written and communication skills
* Be able to show creativity and attention to detail

This role offers you the chance to work in our vibrant and exciting offices in Farnborough, Hampshire in a hybrid working environment (3 days per week in office). Recruitment Process:

* Please note: all applicants will be required to attend a pre-entry interview and aptitude testing with our training provider before an application can be progressed. This will be in addition to an interview with the Philips Apprentice Recruiter.
* Following this, successful candidates will then be invited to an Assessment Centre W/C 25th May 2026. You must be available to attend in person in our Farnborough Office.
