Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Ad Performance Manager to support the optimization and performance of our online vehicle listings.
Main Duties :
* Monitor and support the performance of vehicle advertisements across online platforms
* Assist in optimizing listings to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion
* Conduct basic analysis of ad performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Support A/B testing of titles, descriptions, and visuals
* Ensure high-quality and consistent presentation of vehicle ads
* Collaborate with international teams across Europe
* Track key performance metrics and contribute to reporting

Qualifications:

Qualifications
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Strong interest in digital platforms, data, and online performance
* Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn
* High attention to detail and structured way of working
* Passion for the automotive sector is a plus
* Previous experience in online content, ads, or digital environments is an advantage

Additional Information:

The place of work will be at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
