Key responsibilities / You will get to:

* Provides consultative support on Actuarial projects
* Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached
* Assist the team in analyzing customer needs, and developing creative concepts and concrete measures for implementation
* Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
* Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring: 

* University degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in operational business or management consulting as a Full-Time Employee
* An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
* Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
* Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
* Your excellent command of English and German that you will use when preparing and delivering presentations and reports
* Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
* Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques
* Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation

Additional key requirements for the position:

* Actuarial experience preferably with internal/external consulting
Experience using Excel, VBA, Python, R and/or other programming languages or database management experience
* Prior exposure to IFRS and Solvency II requirements would be an advantage
* Certification Required: willingness to study towards UK IFoA/German DAV actuarial certification.
