YOUR TASKS:
* Take on responsibility for planning, coordination and delivery of retail store construction and fit-out projects across Europe
* Manage handover processes, including snagging, documentation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
* Obtaining tenders, checking offers and renegotiating with companies
* Coordinate and manage external partners such as architects, contractors, engineers and suppliers
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, e.g. Brand, Retail Management and IT
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, technical guidelines, local building regulations and sustainability requirements
* Control project budgets, monitor costs and identify value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality
* Oversee site progress through regular visits, reporting, and quality inspections
* Analysis of construction and fit-out suppliers and sourcing of new potential contractors and service providers

YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Educational background in the construction field, e.g. completed studies in architecture or construction engineering or professional experience in the construction industry
* Relevant professional experience, e.g. within a general contracting company or comparable; experience in a retail environment is a plus
* Flexibility to travel multiple times per month
* Fluent in German and English
* Your working style: Structured and independent paired with a strategic mindset
* You manage relevant stakeholders with high adaptability and assertiveness, communicating in a clear and transparent manner
