Chef de Partie - Berlin
Your objectives:
* Manage stock, inventory, and understand food cost control.
* Have a basic understanding of the group's artistic direction and standards.
* Ensure quality control and oversee mise en place, with strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Manage the pass and coordinate service operations.
* Demonstrate solid knowledge of culinary fundamentals and techniques, accurately reproduce recipes, and possess expertise in fresh pasta preparation.
* Train and mentor junior team members, support onboarding processes, and foster team motivation and engagement.
