Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Take responsibility: Proceed, evaluate and report for thermal warpage measurements jobs
* Focus on the future: Assist in designing and conducting thermal warpage measurements on electronic components and converters
* Reliable work: Develop and implement test setups to measure thermal warpage and deformation of components
* Data is everything: Document and report test results and findings

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study Field: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Computer Science or a similar field
* Skills: Programming Skills, e.g. Python / C#
* Interests: Interest in working in the lab and performing measurements (Thermal Warpage Measurements), also interest to participate in a programming project to integrate image metadata into FA's data landscape
* Availability: You should be available to work for 15h to 20h per week
* Language skills: Very good English skills both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
