WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

* Own administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract preparation, certificate issuance, data maintenance, payroll processing, and managing corporate benefits
* Independently coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences
* Work actively on continued process optimization and particularly on deep automatization
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by managing, maintaining, and verifying records in our HRIS
* Support employee relocation processes, including visa applications and work authorization management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Experience in People Operations topics such as international visa processes, german labor law, contract management etc. in a hyper growth environment
* Fluent in German & English
* A clean track record of successful project management paired with the ability to always keep a cool head, even in demanding times
* Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and a desire for improving processes and a desire for improving processes
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy.
