The Global Logistic Project Lead optimizes end-to-end transportation and warehousing. This role manages all logistics projects, ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations aligned with strategic objectives and driving continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE: Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. 10+ years in logistics, transport, and warehousing management. Deep understanding of logistics processes and best practices. Proven project management expertise, especially with ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and BPO roles. Proficiency in TMS, WMS, and ERP integration. Experience with digital logistics and transformation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party providers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Willingness to travel (20-30%). English: Fluent, German: Intermediate, French: Nice to have
