Description du poste:

Whether you're starting out or stepping up, you'll find support, purpose and the chance to grow through every challenge at IHG Hotels & Resorts.

We're seeking a Hotel Performance Manager, Northern Europe to join our team in Germany. This is a 18 month fixed term contract.
As a Hotel Performance Manager, you will work closely with hotel General Managers, owners and their teams to improve performance across a portfolio of hotels. Acting as a trusted partner, you will use data insights and hands-on support-both on-site and remotely-to drive improvements in guest satisfaction, commercial results and brand standards. This is a highly collaborative, field-based role delivering measurable impact and long-term success.

Key responsibilities
* Support a portfolio of hotels to improve performance across guest experience, revenue, quality and brand standards.
* Analyse hotel performance data and identify clear opportunities for improvement.
* Build strong relationships with General Managers and hotel leadership teams, acting as their key point of contact within IHG.
* Provide practical advice and coaching to help hotels improve operations, service delivery and commercial results.
* Partner with hotel teams to develop and implement clear action plans, ensuring progress is delivered.
* Lead regular performance reviews, workshops and training sessions with hotel teams (both on-site and virtual).
* Monitor progress and maintain regular follow-up to ensure delivery of results.
* Collaborate with internal IHG teams (e.g. commercial, brand, operations support) to bring the right expertise to each hotel.
* Support hotels during key stages such as onboarding, brand changes or performance recovery.
* Contribute to wider regional initiatives and share best practices across the hotel portfolio.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of a diverse portfolio of hotels by driving improvements in guest satisfaction, commercial performance and brand standards. By acting as a trusted partner to hotel leadership teams, you will help translate performance insights into meaningful actions, build capability through coaching and workshops, and support sustainable, long-term improvements. Your work will strengthen relationships with owners and operators while ensuring hotels consistently deliver strong results and high-quality guest experiences across the region.

What we're looking for
* Fluent in English and German is essential.
* Experience in hotel operations, multi-property roles, or a similar hospitality environment.
* Strong understanding of hotel performance drivers (guest experience, revenue, quality and brand standards).
* Experience working with senior stakeholders such as General Managers or hotel leadership teams.
* Ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable plans.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Coaching or training experience, with a hands-on, supportive approach.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple hotels and priorities.
* Proactive and self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.

What we offer
We provide a wide range of benefits designed to help you live your best work life. Including:
* Travel benefits that include discounted room rates and food & beverage
* Recharge Days
* Volunteering Days
