Your tasks:
* From check-in to check-out - to changing rooms and invoicing - everything is in your hands
* Together with your team, you will pursue the achievement of the departmental goals
* You handle guest complaints with ease
* You will support and guide our trainees during your shift

* Professionalism, flexibility and empathy are your great contribution to the team
* You have a good knowledge of German and English
* Not a requirement, but we would be happy if you show interest in our social projects from time to time and support them (e.g. work assignments in social institutions, donation in kind, etc. or be it only as a sponsor for newcomers)
