Key responsibilities:
* Translates operational and business problems into clearly scoped digital work
* Owns digital initiative prioritization, backlog management, and value realization
* Coordinates delivery across data, automation, analytics, and business stakeholders
* Ensures solutions are adopted, measured, and iterated based on realized value
* Acts as the single point of accountability for digital outcomes (not just execution)
* Defines and governs KPIs, metrics, and data definitions to ensure consistency and comparability across locations
* Understands the evolving data architecture requirements and builds tools which are aligned

Job requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (full credits)
* Clear demonstrated leadership in operations or project management in medical technology environment (advantageous) - at least +5 years
* Managerial experience or project management experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (medical tech environment is an advantage)
* Knowledge of automation, data architecture, operation technology, analytics, and AI
* Demonstrated completion of technology implementation
