WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 
* Be the first point of contact and business card of the office: Receive guests and employees as the good soul of the office
* Optimize workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
* Create a comfortable and inviting work environment
* Identify problems immediately and find solutions quickly
* Assist in planning small to large events 
* Prepare and follow up on meetings
* Support your team with general assistance activities
 
 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* You speak German and English
* You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
* You have strong verbal and written communication & organizational skills
* You have good people skills with a hands-on mentality
* You like to work on your own initiative, develop ideas, and proactively contribute and implement them
* You ideally have good knowledge in the use of G-Suite programs
