This is what you move:
For our brand GOAT Agency, we are looking for an Junior Manager Influencer Marketing (Mensch) to support our team in successfully managing our campaigns from the initial idea to the final report. You will be a key support for clients, creators, and internal teams, your responsibilities will also include:
* You will support the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of campaigns and assist in managing them from the initial idea to the final reporting
* You have your finger on the pulse of the market, assist with research on competitor and content trends, and support the selection of suitable influencers
* You will help monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs, support the creation of reports, and contribute to deriving optimizations
* You will support building and maintaining relationships with influencers and their management teams and assist with contract processing

The following qualities distinguish you:

* You have initial practical experience in influencer marketing (e.g., through internships or as a working student) and a good understanding of the collaboration between clients, agencies, and creators
* You have a good intuition for client needs and can contribute to the development of creative concepts and the creation of proposals
* You have strong communication skills, can articulate your ideas clearly, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed about the most important steps
* You are eager to learn, motivated, and enjoy contributing your own initial ideas to improve campaigns and drive projects forward
* You have good written and spoken English skills and are comfortable communicating in English
