We have an opportunity for a German-speaking Field Marketing Services Manager to join our Europe Field Marketing Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in either Windsor, UK or Frankfurt, Germany.

In this role, you'll act as the strategic marketing partner to a portfolio of franchised hotels across Europe. Your focus: activating IHG's digital marketing tools and services to help hotels deliver incremental, profitable revenue and hit their commercial goals. It's a role where insight meets action, and where the relationships you build directly shape how our hotels show up to guests.

What you'll do
* Be the primary marketing point of contact for your portfolio of hotels, building strong, trusted relationships with their teams
* Deliver data-driven insights and lead regular performance conversations with both hotel and internal stakeholders
* Develop tactical marketing plans that drive revenue, bookings and occupancy
* Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief to activation
* Use IHG's digital tools and platforms to maximise hotel performance and guest engagement
* Juggle multiple projects at once, hitting timelines and milestones along the way
* Educate hotel teams on digital marketing best practice and the trends shaping our industry
* Collaborate across digital, revenue and marketing teams to keep everyone aligned and moving in the same direction

What success looks like
* Hotel revenue, bookings and occupancy are climbing
* Campaigns and initiatives land smoothly and on time
* Your hotels feel supported, engaged and well-served
* Insight and performance reporting are sharp, clear and useful
* Marketing plans are executed seamlessly

What you'll bring
* Fluent German (essential) and strong written and spoken English
* Marketing experience within hospitality or another consumer-focused environment
* A solid grasp of digital marketing channels and CRM
* The ability to read the data and translate it into action, not just charts
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; you can hold your own with hotel GMs and internal leaders alike
* Strong project management chops, with the ability to handle multiple priorities without losing the thread
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine drive to deliver results
