About this Position

What you´ll do

* Support to the International Senior Brand Manager in the development and management of the strategy of the international beauty care brands
* Bringing recommendations for strategic top management decisions
* Support the development and implementation of global product launches and relaunches, from concept to rollout
* Contribute to creative campaign development, including content creation, asset development, and digital activation
* Take ownership of selected product lines and maintenance projects, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution across all touchpoints
* Monitor brand and campaign performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and derive actionable insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, digital, sales) and external agencies to deliver projects on time and with impact
* Act as a key contact for international markets, supporting rollout and ensuring alignment

What makes you a good fit

* Master's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field
* First experience in marketing, brand management, or similar roles within the beauty or FMCG industry
* Digitally savvy and with strong interest in beauty, hair care, and consumer trends
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Creative thinking combined with analytical skills
* Fluent in English
