A Day in the Life
Als Associate Technical Consultant im Bereich Cranial and Spinal Technologies sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Unterstützung, Schulung und Beratung von medizinischem Fachpersonal bei der Anwendung innovativer Medtronic-Produkte in der Neurochirurgie und Wirbelsäulenchirurgie. Sie arbeiten eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing und klinischen Teams zusammen und leisten einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur sicheren und effektiven Nutzung modernster Medizintechnik im OP.

Vollzeit, Hohe Reisetätigkeit, Homeoffice, Reporting an District Sales Manager Team West
Das Gebiet umfasst den Großraum im Westen Deutschlands (NRW, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen und Saarland). Die Anstellung erfolgt befristet auf zwei Jahre und bietet bei erfolgreicher Zusammenarbeit sehr gute Chancen auf eine langfristige Übernahme ins Unternehmen.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
* Technische Produkt- und Systemunterstützung im Operationssaal (z. B. Navigation, Robotics, Implantate, Instrumente, chirurgische Systeme) in Absprache mit dem Team
* Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, In-Service-Trainings und Workshops für medizinisches Fachpersonal, sowie für firmeninterne Vertriebsschulungen
* Identifikation und Abstimmung von Verkaufschancen für das gesamte Cranial- und Spinal-Technologies Produktportfolio, sowie Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Weitergabe relevanter Informationen an interne Stakeholder
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit firmeninternen Stakeholdern (vorranging Team West und im Fokus strategischer Accounts) zur Optimierung von Kundenlösungen innerhalb unseres AiBLETM -Ökosystems (technologisch integriertes Ökosystem für die Wirbelsäulen- und Neurochirurgie)
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer, qualitativer und unternehmensinterner Richtlinien
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medizintechnik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder ein vergleichbares technisches/klinisches Studium
* Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Neurochirurgie oder Wirbelsäulenchirurgie
* Technisches Verständnis für komplexe medizintechnische Systeme
* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
* Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
* Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Teamplayer Mindset mit sehr guten Fähigkeiten zum Aufbau von Kundenkontakten
* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsorientierung
