YOUR MISSION

* Development and leadership of the assigned Customer Service Team
* Promote a high-performance culture by communicating and monitoring clear expectations
* Implement and continually optimize Customer Service processes
* Ensure highest quality in orderbook management by monitoring the whole process from order to invoice
* Central contact for Sales and other departments for the specific account group.

YOUR TALENT

* Proven positive track record in customer service management
* Excellent leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
* Ability to motivate and mentor others and to set priorities for the team
* Strong strategic, analytical mindset and a hands-on mentality
* Extensive knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* German and English business fluent
