Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Support CRM Data Analysis: Assist in reviewing global lead management data to identify quality issues, patterns, and process gaps
* Help Optimize Processes: Support the team in designing and setting up global sales workflows within our CRM systems
* Explore AI & Automation: Assist in testing and implementing smart AI tools to improve lead routing, qualification, and automation
* Maintain Documentation: Organize and structure process maps, tool guidelines, and team spaces (e.g., in Confluence) to ensure global stakeholders stay aligned
* Enable Global Adoption: Prepare clear, visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint) and communication materials to support regional Sales teams during new process rollouts
* Assist in Quality Assurance: Help test newly implemented CRM features and process changes to ensure they work smoothly before going live

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study Field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Digital Sales, Business Informatics, International Business, or a similar field
* Work Experience: You ideally have initial experience in Sales Operations, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), or digital process management
* Skills: You are proficient with MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and have a talent for structuring complex information visually
* Interest: You have an interest in AI tools and how they can be practically integrated into daily workflows
* Way of Working: You possess an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to find practical solutions
* Personality: You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
* Language Skills: You are fluent in English, both written and spokenPlease attach the following documents to your application:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team
