Resumen

La posición será responsable de dar soporte a la operación logística diaria y al seguimiento de performance. El rol incluye la coordinación de operadores logísticos, el seguimiento de despachos, entregas y retiros, y la gestión de incidencias operativas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio en los canales B2B, E-Commerce y B2C. El analista también será responsable del seguimiento y reporte de KPIs, control de stock versus target, conciliaciones de inventario, seguimiento de pedidos de producción, importaciones y exportaciones, y soporte en el proceso de S&OP. Buscamos perfiles analíticos, proactivos y orientados a resultados, con capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
Responsabilidades

* Gestión y seguimiento de operadores logísticos
* Seguimiento diario de despachos, entregas y retiros
* Coordinación directa con depósitos, transportistas y equipos internos
* Resolución y escalamiento de incidencias operativas, rechazos y desvíos
* Seguimiento y reporte de KPIs, dando soporte a acciones de mejora continua:
* Warehouse, distribución y post-venta (B2B)
* Warehouse, distribución y post-venta (E-Commerce y B2C)
* Monitoreo y reporte de niveles de stock vs. target
* Conciliaciones de inventario
* Seguimiento de pedidos de producción, importaciones y exportaciones
* Soporte en el proceso de S&OP
Calificaciones

Estudiantes de Economicas/Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado.
Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel.
Experiencia previa en logística, supply chain u operaciones será valorada.
Overview

The position will be responsible for supporting daily logistics operations and performance follow-up. This role includes coordinating logistics operators, tracking dispatches, deliveries, and pickups, and managing operational incidents to ensure service level compliance across B2B, E-Commerce, and B2C channels. The analyst will also be responsible for KPI tracking and reporting, stock control versus targets, inventory reconciliations, follow-up of production orders, imports and exports, and supporting the S&OP process. We are looking for analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profiles, with the ability to work in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

* Students in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Intermediate to Advanced English level.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and results orientation.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency.
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
