Poste et missions : * Understand macro fundamentals and supply / demand movements and contribute to the trading strategies of the South Latam (Argentine, Uruguay and Paraguay) business cash trading strategies and role in global commodities market. * Support the Grains & Oilseeds Senior Traders in generating profits in line with respective regional budgeted volumes and P&L. Identify imbalances on the different cash products to trade around them bringing PL to the group. * Work in conjunction with the research/commercial/supply-chain/other internal teams across locations to understand various market dynamics, remain updated on relevant economic and financial markets movements and develop a network of contacts within the regional Agri-commodities industry. Main responsibilities: * Understand crush and logistical dynamics in the region, with special focus on Argentinean Crush/elevation cluster in Rosario. * Participate actively in low carbon intensity / sustainable crop projects development in the region. Help to build and structure trading around these new projects. * Understand and help to develop investments projects in the region related to grain and oilseeds trading, origination and sourcing, logistics and crush. Dimension and context: * Trading, by contributing to the development of cash trading strategies, along with the senior traders, supporting the crushing of ~4.2 M tons of beans plus trading of 4 M tns of Corn and 1 M tns of wheat. * Origination, by interacting with more than 4000 producers, coops and merchants on the country size and monitoring / supporting pricing determination and product flow for our static capacity for Grains & Oilseeds of over 1.3 mm tons currently. * Research, by understanding the macro fundamentals and by analyzing the supply and demand movements and correlating these to impact on prices and differentials. * Promote business development of projects of crush and logistics in the region with an special focus on sustainable projects that help the company meet the carbon intensity footprint

Profil requis du candidat:

Educational background * Master´s degree in economy, business, agronomy, engineering, programing or data science. * Fluent in English and basic (and willing to learn/improve) in Spanish. * Skilled in managing Excel and Power BI / equivalent systems / dashboards. Experience: * Having worked previously with agricultural commodities (not limited to agriculture) in any role such as trading, buying, selling, or handling processing or logistics. * Previous experience in futures trading, project management or consulting. * Having lived for study or work on a different country. Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills: * Advanced Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of the workings of the future markets. Soft skills: * Autonomy and independence. Highly open/flexible to changing environments. * Team player and contributor with very good interpersonal and communication skills. * Builder of relationships with all kinds of people, from small producers to senior traders. * Curious with ability to ask questions, learn and think creatively (growth mindset). * Ability to follow-up on projects and ideas. * Interested in solving problems and taking decisions
