Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Order Handling Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire order processing workflow - from order entry and the management of framework agreements through to invoicing. In doing so, you will ensure the highest commercial standards are met and create added value for our customers.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Your day-to-day work will be varied:
* Providing professional customer support - by phone and email
* Ensuring delivery deadlines are met and customer expectations are fulfilled
* Maintaining master data and optimising administrative processes
* Supporting the field sales team and working together to resolve operational challenges

What it takes to Run what runs the world
* Completed commercial apprenticeship at A-level standard
* Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
* Knowledge of SAP SD/LE would be an advantage
* A meticulous approach to work and a good understanding of numbers
* Willingness to take on responsibility
* Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as a team spirit
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Written and spoken German and English

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 46.880,68 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
