As we continue to grow and adapt to increasing product and process requirements, we're looking for an open-minded and dedicated Quality Manager to join our Global Quality Management team at our headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg).
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving product-related documentation and certificates for raw materials, ensuring that all product information is accurate, complete, and up to date. You'll manage this documentation in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
A key part of the position will involve auditing our co-packers and raw material suppliers to secure compliance with our quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
You will further develop our internal processes and documents for quality assurance. In this position, you will also work on quality-related issues in collaboration with external partners.

REVIEW & MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT-RELATED DOCUMENTS & CERTIFICATES
Our team is responsible for checking and managing documents and certificates based on internal requirements and legal specifications. You will organize the relevant product information and evidence in close cooperation with our specialist departments. Another core task is managing the documents and certificates in our database.

ANALYSIS, TESTS & REPORTS
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating analysis orders. You will also be responsible for checking and evaluating the results.

AUDITING OF CO-PACKERS AND RAW MATERIAL SUPPLIERS
You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and following up on audits of our co-packers and raw material suppliers. In doing so, you will check compliance with internal quality standards and legal requirements and carefully document the results. The audit reports serve as the basis for initiating corrective and improvement measures and ensure the continuous optimization of our processes.

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with compliance requirements in close cooperation with related departments (e.g., legal department).

COMMUNICATION
In this role, you are an important communication interface. You process quality-related inquiries in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

Completed degree with a focus on food technology, nutritional science, chemistry, pharmaceuticals or a comparable field
*
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
*
Several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally within quality management
*
Experience in conducting or managing audits
*
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage
*
Confident and professional demeanour
