Join VEJA for the opening of our new Antwerp store!
As we expand our Retail network in Europe, we're looking for an enthusiastic and engaged Assistant Store Manager to help lead this exciting new opening. You will support the Store Manager in building the team, shaping the customer experience, and bringing VEJA's values to life from day one.

YOUR ROLE :
* Support the Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating the team.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
* Deliver an attentive, simple and warm customer experience.
* Help monitor KPIs, analyze results, and suggest improvement actions.
* Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.
* Assist with stock management, deliveries, and store organization.
* Share VEJA's mission and commitments with customers and the team

Profil requis du candidat:

* Previous experience in retail; team support or supervisor experience is a plus.
* Reliable, organized, and comfortable handling responsibilities.
* Strong sense of service and ease with customer interaction.
* Teamoriented, calm, and attentive.
* Interest in responsible fashion and in VEJA's project.
* English required
