Job Description:

* Installation and Integration: Implementing complex systems and performing calibration of high-tech equipment at client facilities.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnosing critical failures using data-driven tools, remote access, and AI-powered platforms to ensure rapid resolution.
* Predictive Maintenance: Leveraging data analytics to anticipate failures and optimize equipment performance before issues arise.
* Client Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted technical consultant, providing user training and recommending technological upgrades to drive the client's business growth.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical/electrical systems, Thermal Printing, RFID Technology, PLCs, and IoT.
* Technology: Experience with remote support tools (Video/AI) and complex systems (e.g., RPA).
* Language Skills: Intermediate English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical details for clients and strong analytical abilities for effective problem-solving.
