The Store Manager/Director is responsible for driving overall store and team performance by setting clear goals, coaching leaders, and maintaining luxury service standards, all while building strong client relationships. By partnering with Corporate and Regional teams, you will empower your leaders to drive initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Prioritizing talent development and strategic execution, this Store Manager/Director ensures the team embodies the Maison's values, consistently delivers client excellence, and champions business growth aligned with the Maison's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agility & Collaboration: Lead the team through change by maintaining focus, motivation, and adaptability during shifting priorities. Foster open communication and shared accountability. Collaborate with Corporate and Regional teams to create and execute strategies to achieve regional goals. Empower the leadership team to lead initiatives, champion categories, and resolve challenges for collective success.
* Client Centric: Support the team in building client relationships, reinforce the Maison's service culture by leading daily floor activities, delegating tasks, and role-modeling elevated client interactions. Review client feedback and address service issues, proactively resolving escalations to continuously elevate the client experience. Maintain best-in-class luxury standards by coaching the team to deliver consistently seamless and exceptional service.
* Developing Self, Talent & Building Teams: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent to build a diverse, high-performing team. Hold regular coaching conversations and deliver transparent feedback to develop confidence, decision-making skills, and leadership capabilities. Support individual development goals and foster a learning culture that strengthens skills.
* Results Driven & Strategic Mindset: Lead the store with clear goals and objectives, fostering team alignment, accountability, and a high-performance culture. Set clear, ambitious store goals, empowering teams to deliver exceptional results. Translate strategic plans into actionable daily execution, balancing immediate results with long-term growth. Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and guide the team in anticipating risks and making informed decisions.
* Vision & Purpose Driven: Create monthly & annual action plans based on Zone & Regional strategies goals. Define and communicate a clear vision aligned with the Maison's strategic goals, inspiring teams to create a sense of shared purpose and ensuring store objectives and actions drive client excellence and consistent performance
