Mission Details

* Assegurar o cumprimento de todos os requisitos ambientais, sanitários e regulatórios (municipais, estaduais e federais), garantindo prazos, adequação técnica e gestão de pagamentos.
* Gerenciar renovações e emissões de licenças e autorizações (ambientais, sanitárias, Polícia Civil, Polícia Federal, Exército, outorgas etc.).
* Monitorar e interpretar legislações aplicáveis, apoiando as equipes locais na implementação das exigências legais.
*Dialogar com autoridades e órgãos reguladores, participar de fóruns, audiências e consultas públicas, e acompanhar políticas públicas do setor.
* Apoiar iniciativas corporativas de sustentabilidade relacionadas a resíduos, água, energia, CO₂ e efluentes.
* Realizar auditorias internas periódicas para garantir o atendimento legal dos sites.
* Manter comunicação contínua com as áreas de Qualidade, Saúde, Segurança, Jurídico e equipes operacionais.
* Gerenciar e acompanhar consultorias externas de serviços regulatórios e ambientais.
* Consolidar e reportar informações corporativas sobre performance ambiental e status regulatório.
* Apoiar unidades de negócio no Brasil, Argentina e Chile em temas ambientais e regulatórios.
* Promover práticas, procedimentos e automações para aprimorar a eficiência dos processos regulatórios.
* Apoiar processos de homologação e desenvolvimento de produtos, atuando como ponte com equipes dos EUA e França.

Required Profile

* Graduação completa em Engenharia Ambiental ou Direito (com especialização na área Ambiental).
* Pós-Graduação ou MBA relacionado à área será considerado um diferencial.
* Inglês avançado; espanhol é desejável.
* Conhecimento em regulamentação ambiental e no setor químico.
