What You'll Do:
As an Account Coordinator, Reseller LATAM, you will be responsible for educating, training, advising, and supporting our reseller team on Criteo products. You will ensure operational excellence and strong campaign performance by working closely with the Account Strategist, while empowering our partner to represent Criteo in other markets with the same level of quality as a direct team. Also:
* Assist and support the reseller team in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues and challenges
* Respond to tickets submitted by the reseller team and create tickets for internal teams, escalating reseller issues internally to TS, AX, and Creative when needed
* Participate in Office Hours to address questions and provide ongoing support
* Support the monitoring of top client performance, progress, and overall development alongside the reseller team
* Ensure resellers are consistently informed and up to date on Criteo products and best practices
Who You Are:

* Enthusiasm for client education and empowerment
* 1 year of experience working in customer service
* Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and structured way with different stakeholders (internal teams and clients). Capable of simplifying complex information, aligning expectations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication, especially when managing multiple accounts
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse profiles and teams, ensuring alignment and efficient execution
