Resumo do Papel Buscamos um perfil para apoiar e gerenciar a rotina administrativa das lojas VTL, atuando como o elo central de comunicação e organização. Este papel é fundamental para garantir que tanto a operação interna quanto o atendimento ao cliente fluam de maneira harmoniosa e eficiente.
Responsabilidades Principais
* Zelar pela organização do estoque e emissão de notas fiscais, garantindo a disponibilidade de recursos.
* Fomentar a comunicação entre as clínicas da região, facilitando o envio de correios e a transferência de equipamentos de forma colaborativa.
* Realizar o acompanhamento das vendas e apoiar o atendimento de balcão sempre que o cliente necessitar de uma solução ágil.
* Prover o primeiro acolhimento ao cliente, seja por telefone ou presencial, reunindo as informações necessárias e organizando as fichas de atendimento com atenção aos detalhes.
* Guiar os pacientes sobre os procedimentos iniciais, assegurando que se sintam confortáveis antes do atendimento com a fisioterapeuta.
* Contribuir com a organização da agenda da fisioterapeuta, priorizando a fluidez e o bem-estar dos pacientes.
