What you will do in your day to day:
* Conduct advanced billing analysis, identifying root causes and proposing systemic corrections.
* Perform complex collection and reconciliations, ensuring integrity of financial records.
* Act strategically in collection, prioritizing risks, conducting internal negotiations and supporting financial decisions.
* Lead exceptions and alignments between areas, ensuring operational fluidity and risk mitigation.
* Monitor and report KPIs/SLAs, anticipating risks and driving continuous improvements and corrective actions.

In addition, knowledge is required in:
* Complete higher education and consolidated experience in Accounts Receivable and complex financial routines.
* Intermediate/advanced Excel and mastery of financial systems, ERPs and digital workflows.
* Strong analytical skills, end-to-end vision and autonomy for decisions in complex scenarios.
* Clear communication, influence, organization and ownership of deliveries.
* Strategic proactivity, collaboration with multiple areas and high adaptability to systems and automations.
