The On Premise Performance Specialist is a member of the On Premise Sales Intelligence team, responsible for the Sales performance management and driving the Data & Analytics agenda in On Premise. The main objective of the role is to evaluate performance, monitor metrics and conduct data analysis to identify commercial trends and data-driven opportunities, while developing the best tools for our stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES

DATA & ANALYTICS
* Lead the Data & Analytics agenda within the On Premise department by building a robust and efficient data ecosystem that ensures efficiency, quality and governance;
* Design and implement effective Data Management and Governance processes to create integrated, reliable databases;
* Develop customer-centric dashboards to streamline insights and drive actionable decision-making;

REPORTING
* Produce clean, data-driven reports that include actionable recommendations to improve strategic objectives;
* Translate business requirements into analytical solutions using Power BI, maintaining close communication with the On Premise Commercial leadership;
*
COMMERCIAL PLANNING
* Lead strategic commercial planning by aligning short-term goals with sustainable medium- and long-term growth;
* Transform company strategies into actionable sales targets and forecasts by utilizing predictive models and statistical analysis;
*
INSIGHT GENERATION
* Analyze and evaluate performance metrics to uncover commercial trends and generate data-driven opportunities;
* Support leadership by delivering insightful presentations, reviewing data results, and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and growth;
* Assist management in interpreting complex data to formulate strategic decisions that drive performance improvements;
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
*
Advanced English proficiency for global teamwork and tool access coordination.
*
Experience in data analysis and modeling, with a proven ability to produce actionable business insights;
*
Expertise in Power BI, Python, and Snowflake;
*
Proficiency in SQL;
*
Strong skills in building and automating dashboards and performance indicators;
*
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and the entire Microsoft Office Suite;
*
Prior experience in consumer goods companies is a plus / or environments with high-volume data operations is strongly preferred.
*
