We are looking for a Pricing & Payments Manager to lead the Pricing, Incentives, Payments & Disputes function within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of partner pricing models, incentive programs, payment accuracy, and dispute resolution across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs - EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large).
As a People Manager, you will lead and develop a team of specialists, set the strategic direction for pricing and payment mechanisms, build scalable processes, and drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure partner economics are competitive, accurate, and sustainable.
This position is based out of an Amazon corporate office and may require periodic travel.

Key job responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pricing, Incentives, Payments & Disputes specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement
Own the end-to-end pricing strategy for logistics partners across EDSP, AMPL, and AMXL programs, ensuring competitive and sustainable rate structures
Design, implement, and optimize incentive programs that drive partner performance, network efficiency, and cost effectiveness
Oversee the payment lifecycle - from invoice validation and payment accuracy to dispute identification, root cause analysis, and resolution
Build and maintain scalable mechanisms for pricing governance, incentive tracking, payment reconciliation, and dispute management
Develop structured reporting and dashboards to monitor pricing competitiveness, incentive ROI, payment accuracy, and dispute aging/resolution rates
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Legal to align pricing models with business objectives and contractual frameworks
Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual intervention in payment and dispute processes
Conduct periodic pricing benchmarking and market analysis to ensure Amazon's partner economics remain competitive
Manage escalations related to partner payments and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
Define and track KPIs for the team, establishing clear goals, performance standards, and development plans for direct reports
A day in the life
Your day starts with metrics review and team's priorities. Your focus centers on strategic decisions that shape partner economics across EDSP, AMPL, and AMXL. You lead cross-functional negotiations with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to align pricing models with business objectives. You assess incentive program ROI, recommending adjustments to optimize cost efficiency and partner performance. You review payment accuracy dashboards, identifying systemic gaps and designing scalable mechanisms to address them. Between meetings, you coach your team on stakeholder influence and data-driven storytelling. Every day balances strategic thinking, cross-functional alignment, and talent development to drive sustainable partner economics at scale.
About the team
The Pricing & Payments team is part of Amazon Logistics' Partner Strategy & Experience organization, supporting the EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMXL (Amazon Extra Large), and AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics) programs across Brazil - a network of +30 logistics partners and +300 operational nodes. Our mission is to ensure Amazon's logistics partners operate under competitive, transparent, and accurate pricing and payment frameworks, while driving performance through well-designed incentive programs and efficient dispute resolution. We build scalable pricing models, payment governance mechanisms, and incentive strategies that balance cost efficiency with partner sustainability. The team sits within a broader strategic structure that also covers Compliance & Communications, Network Health & Performance, and VAS & DA Experience - working cross-functionally to support Amazon's Last Mile growth in Brazil
Profil requis du candidat:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics, supply chain or engineering
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience managing and developing high performance teams
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
- Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions (technology, procedures, processes, etc.) in a regulated environment
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
- Experience in deal management and pricing strategy, or financial consulting
- MBA, or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
- Experience in logistics
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation and logistics, or fulfillment and distribution centers
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
- Experience designing incentive programs or performance-based compensation structures
- Experience building payment reconciliation or dispute management mechanisms at scale
