* Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Tax, Leadership) to validate service viability and ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations
* Prepare and publish partner communications announcing new services, supplier updates, and portfolio changes
* Analyze adoption and satisfaction data to identify improvement opportunities and inform portfolio expansion decisions
* Drive the development of new VAS categories based on partner or company needs

In your daily role, you'll manage the VAS portfolio - balancing supplier relationships, partner needs, and operational governance. You'll evaluate new service opportunities, compare commercial proposals, and coordinate onboarding processes to expand the portfolio. Using data-driven approaches, you'll track adoption rates and partner satisfaction, identifying which services are delivering value and where adjustments are needed. You'll serve as the bridge between suppliers and partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth service delivery.
About the team
AMZL (Amazon Logistics), also referred to as the Last Mile, is the movement of packages from our Fulfillment Centers or Sort Centers to their final destination - our customers. AMZL BR launched in Nov-20 with the long-term vision of bringing an enhanced delivery experience at the right cost.
