We're looking for a Client Account Manager (CAM) to:
* act as the primary point of contact for client, booked in Switzerland (BCCH) inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
* support clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and periodic KYC reviews
* coordinate with internal teams (Client Advisors, Advisory Specialists, Operations, Compliance) to resolve issues efficiently
* monitor deadlines and quality standards for KYC and documentation processes, escalating when necessary
* maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements
* contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance client experience and compliance

You'll be working in the Client Account Management team in São Paulo, supporting Wealth Management clients across Latin America. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth client onboarding and lifecycle management, partnering closely with Client Advisors and specialists to deliver high-quality service. We're a collaborative team that values precision, client focus, and partnership. You'll join colleagues committed to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Your expertise
* experience in client servicing, onboarding, and KYC processes within financial services
* banking-related education (apprenticeship, traineeship, or a bachelor's degree)
* strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
* ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them in daily processes
* good written and verbal communication skills
* fluent in Portuguese and English
