You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
* Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
* Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
* Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
* Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

* Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

Principais atividades:

- Liderar a construção e implementação de soluções digitais ponta a ponta (concepção, desenvolvimento, validação e hypercare) da fábrica de Vitória de Santo Antão - PE;
- Gerenciar o portfólio de projetos e programas digitais, garantindo priorização, alinhamento estratégico e execução simultânea de múltiplas iniciativas;
- Atuar como ponto focal entre liderança digital e áreas de negócio, conectando stakeholders, detalhando soluções e garantindo alinhamento;
- Conduzir provas de conceito, iniciativas de test & learn e desenvolvimento de software, com foco em geração de valor;
- Mapear e estruturar dados para direcionar soluções e suportar a tomada de decisão;
- Estruturar e viabilizar business cases, apoiando processos de aprovação e definição de investimentos;
- Identificar, priorizar e acelerar quick wins, garantindo entregas ágeis, com qualidade e impacto;
- Estruturar e liderar o programa de digitalização, assegurando governança, visibilidade, reportes e cadência de execução;
- Definir e gerir governança das iniciativas (fóruns, status, aprovações e acompanhamento de resultados);
- Direcionar e otimizar o budget de projetos digitais, garantindo eficiência dos investimentos;
- Impulsionar cultura e mindset digital, promovendo letramento e capacitação dos times;
- Atuar em parceria com E&T no desenvolvimento e sustentação das capabilities digitais da planta;
- Traduzir dores do negócio em soluções estruturadas, tangibilizando ideias e garantindo execução;
- Garantir comunicação clara e visibilidade das iniciativas, resultados e investimentos;
- Atuar como referência em digital e inovação, identificando oportunidades e elevando a maturidade digital da organização.

Competências Técnicas:

- Experiência com gestão de projetos de digitalização e inovação em ambiente fabril; 
- Conhecimento em plataformas Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC);
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office - Excel e Power Point especialmente;
- Conhecimento em Power BI;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de automação, rede e computação em nuvem
- Desejável conhecimento em metodologias de gestão e governança de dados
- Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo presencial de trabalho em horário administrativo na fábrica de Vitória de Santo Antão - PE.
