Pre Sales Engineer

Description du poste:

Principais Responsabilidades
Atuar no suporte técnico de pré-vendas em soluções de Segurança da Informação, com foco em tecnologias da Trend Micro (TrendIA);
Levantar requisitos técnicos e de negócio para apoiar o desenho de soluções de segurança junto a parceiros e clientes;
Apoiar na elaboração de arquiteturas e propostas técnicas;
Realizar apresentações técnicas e demonstrações (demos) de soluções de segurança;
Apoiar a execução de Provas de Conceito (POCs), acompanhando desde o setup até a validação com o cliente;
Trabalhar em conjunto com o time comercial para identificação, qualificação e avanço de oportunidades;
Apoiar parceiros na adoção e melhor utilização das soluções ofertadas.

Requisitos e qualificações
Formação em Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Segurança Cibernética ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prévia em pré-vendas ou suporte técnico em Segurança da Informação;
Conhecimentos em redes, infraestrutura e virtualização;
Experiência ou familiaridade com soluções da Trend Micro (TrendIA);
Inglês intermediário (leitura e participação em reuniões técnicas).

Diferenciais
Conhecimento em outras soluções de segurança;
Familiaridade com uso de ferramentas baseadas em IA aplicadas à segurança.
