Overview * Working in an international environment with global clients * Working with clients to receive and analyze project requests * Independent management of projects and resources related to eCommerce and digital assets such as eRetailer content, banners, newsletters, etc. * Opportunity to work on diverse projects (digital, video, print) * Supervision over all phases of project delivery * Cooperation with internal departments involved in the production process * Preparation of cost estimations and project documentation (process mapping, RACI, communication rules, project prerequisites, briefing templates, tools landscape and setup) * Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams, and verifying the correctness of task execution * Running projects using dedicated project management tools (JIRA, Teams, Smartsheet) * Project tracking based on customized dashboards * Introducing solutions that optimize defined ways of working to ensure a best-in-class approach * Following and running selected agile ceremonies to maintain a good level of communication and remove project obstacles * Risk management and efficient troubleshooting Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in the campaign content production industry or in a similar position * Experience in managing campaign asset production (offline & online) * Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations * Experience in time scheduling, project cost estimation, requirements analysis, and working with project management tools * Knowledge of agile project management methodologies * Experience working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Teams, and SharePoint * Ability to organize work and build strong relationships and effective communication with project business owners (customers / customer service) * Autonomy and independence in decision-making * Experience working on production-at-scale projects is a nice to have * Very good command of English (must-have prerequisite) * Keeping up with trends in digital marketing and new technologies * Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel * Proactiveness and a solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work Additional information We offer the following: Career development and progression possibilities High quality trainings (via in-house and external trainers) and access to thousands of on-line/e-learning courses to develop essential, functional, and industry skills (via Publicis Marcel, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) Access to worldwide job/gigs opportunities within the Publicis Groupe Work your world - As part of the Publicis Groupe policy, up to 6 weeks of working from a different country Café Marcel- Networking opportunities with fellow colleagues in the Publicis Groupe all around the world In addition to the general benefits scheme we also offer a Service Recognition Plan, which means that every year at translate plus there are additional rewards for employees such as extra holidays, dental insurance, bonus payments, treats & vouchers, etc. translate plus is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and do not discriminate on grounds of race, religion, or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age citizenship, marital, domestic, or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, or gender identity

Profil requis du candidat:
