Description du poste:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth - Investment team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto starting in February or March 2026 at the earliest. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an Analyst in the Wealth practice, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment, participating as an integral member of project teams to design programs that support clients' success.

We Will Count On You To:
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis utilizing Mercer proprietary tools
* Produce quarterly performance reports for our clients 
* Critically analyze different investment markets, managers' investment styles, and portfolio characteristics, and evaluate their impact on investment performance each quarter 
* Communicate with investment managers, record keepers and custodians to gather and/or clarify client-specific data for reporting 
* Play an important role in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, and other ad-hoc investment-related projects 
* Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels 

What You Need To Have? 
* Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Excel 
* Experience in data analysis and presentation design 
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
* Intellectual curiosity, seeking opportunities to develop new skills 
* Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs 
* Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail 

What Makes You Stand Out? 
* Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Administration or a related field by between April 2025 - December 2025;
* Previous work-related experience obtained during internships or co-op work terms;
* Working towards the CFA designation.
