Industrial Controller Manager

Description du poste:

As a Junior Industrial Controller, you will support the site's Finance & Controlling team by preparing financial data, contributing to analysis, and helping improve reporting tools and processes.

Main Responsibilities

· Support budget, forecast, and monthly closing activities.

· Prepare datasets for management reporting (profitability, WCR, variance analysis).

· Conduct first-level analysis of financial variances.

· Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial and operational data.

· Contribute to continuous improvement of data collection tools and processes.

· Assist in implementing new IT or reporting solutions.

· Apply and promote Group procedures and participate in internal control tasks (e.g., inventories)

Profil requis du candidat:

Profile · Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. · Initial experience (internship/alternance) in controlling, finance, audit, or data analysis. · Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP/CRM tools is a plus. · Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and good communication skills. · Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment. · English: professional level; French is a plus depending on location
