Job Description:

Topógrafo (Obras Subterráneas)

El Topógrafo es responsable de ejecutar levantamientos y controles geométricos de alta precisión que aseguren la correcta implementación y seguimiento de obras de ingeniería, especialmente en entornos subterráneos como túneles, galerías y excavaciones profundas. Su rol es clave para garantizar que la construcción cumpla con las especificaciones técnicas, entregando información confiable y oportuna para la toma de decisiones, bajo altos estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Responsabilidades clave

* Realizar levantamientos topográficos y replanteos con equipos de alta precisión, asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento de tolerancias.
* Controlar la geometría de túneles y estructuras (alineaciones, pendientes y secciones).
* Registrar y gestionar datos topográficos, garantizando trazabilidad y disponibilidad de la información.
* Coordinar actividades con obra, ingeniería y seguridad, asegurando continuidad operativa y prevención de riesgos.

Funciones principales

* Operación de equipos como Estación Total, GPS y nivel automático.
* Interpretación de planos, modelos y especificaciones técnicas.
* Elaboración de informes técnicos topográficos claros y completos.
* Mantención, calibración y control de equipos.

Funciones especializadas en obras subterráneas

* Diseño y mantenimiento de redes topográficas y puntos de control en ambientes confinados.
* Verificación de avance de obra vs. diseño, identificando desviaciones críticas.
* Control de deformaciones, asentamientos y convergencias.
* Validación de niveles, superficies y revestimientos en excavaciones.
* Ejecución de mediciones en condiciones de difícil acceso y riesgo operativo.

Requisitos del cargo

* Formación: Técnico en Topografía o Geomensura (deseable especialización en obras subterráneas).
* Experiencia: 2 a 4 años en obras civiles, idealmente en túneles o proyectos subterráneos.
* Conocimientos técnicos: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, software topográfico y manejo avanzado de Excel.
* Certificaciones: Trabajo en altura y espacios confinados (obligatorio), prevención de riesgos (deseable).
