Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This job position is accountable to lead Change Management Solutions for the full scope of each of the program and projects, across SOCO. The role will have full accountability implementing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, change impacts, stakeholder management, communications, skills & knowledge and sustainability

Your Impact

* Lead the Change Management agenda for the full scope of the SOCO Transformation programs and Projects
* Partners with Projects Leaders, Project Managers, Transformation, Communications, HR, Training, Culture and Org design
* Offers a competitive advantage through establishing a change discipline (one solid Change Management Model & Methodology), by formalizing change expertise and systematically building enterprise-wide change capabilities
* Inject Change Management into the corporate culture of the organization, to be more agile, by developing the ability to respond to rapid and voluminous change at minimal disruption to organizational performance
* Ensure Leadership ownership and engagement of the Transformation Journey and empower an overall corporate culture that promotes change at every level of the organization
* Ensure long term transformation sustainability
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* 2+ years in transformation, change, or project-based roles
* Ability to execute change and adoption strategies across projects
* Strategic, proactive, and analytical mindset
* Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
* Experience in cross-functional environments (Ops/Sales is a plus)
* Digital mindset and curiosity to learn
* Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
* Intermediate English (required)
